The bar display of processes in the Gantt chart is often very long. What is supposed to create an overview then itself becomes confusing.
The example on the right shows several (sub)operations that are combined into two operation groups. The (sub)operations are carried out by different companies.
The unfolded display takes up a lot of space.
The (partial) processes could already be collapsed.
However, information about sub-processes has been lost. In this case, the sub-processes are carried out by different companies.
A new feature in NOVA AVA is that (summarized) transaction groups are now displayed collapsed, but still divided (by color).
In this example, it is now also visible in the combined process that its sub-processes are carried out by different companies.
The setting for this is again NOVA simple. Under “Display”, check the box next to “Show split process”.
