This means that you can now carry out your further evaluations for cost estimates, cost calculations, price comparison lists and contract specifications freely in MS Excel, LibreOffice, Google spreadsheets or Numbers (Mac). <\/p>\n\n<p>February 05<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"im-april-wurde-es-international\">Things went international in April.  <\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"we-speak-nova\">We speak NOVA!<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Now in English and French<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>NOVA AVA is not only used in German-speaking countries. And to make this much easier, we have translated all parts of the program. <br\/>By the way, on the subject of language: you can set your own &#8220;wording&#8221; in the Administration\/Language section, perhaps you prefer to use &#8220;Total price (GP)&#8221; rather than &#8220;Total amount (GB)&#8221;?<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"positionen-aller-projekte\">Positions of all projects<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>New in the search and copy dialog<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Previously, you had to select a specific project and Bill of Quantities in order to search for items to copy. The cross-project search is now new: simply enter a search term for the search in the long text and NOVA AVA now searches all projects and immediately displays the hit items with the complete preview. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"neue-druckoptionen\">New printing options<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Further printing options<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The PDF output of the cost estimate can now be created with an additional cover sheet. And for the BOQ outputs: Cost calculation, tender blank, offer and order have these new settings: <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Short text BOQ<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Pure short text outputs can now be created. The long texts are omitted, but the information on material or other bidder queries is still displayed. Practical for offers and &#8220;construction site specifications&#8221; on paper.  <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Signature line<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>The signature line can now be switched on or off both on the cover sheet and at the end of the document<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Indent preliminary remarks<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>For a flexible typeface, you can now also optionally set whether or not the preliminary remarks should be printed with the same distance from the left margin as the item texts<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"e-mail-vorlagen\">E-mail templates<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Design your own e-mail layout now<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Sending messages with NOVA AVA really saves time. You can customize the content of the messages yourself, e.g. for the request for quotation or a document to be shared. From now on, you can also add your own design for an attractive layout.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bauabrechnung-vortrag\">Construction accounting: Presentation<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Measurements and invoices with &#8220;carry forward&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>NOVA AVA Business offers two modes for construction invoicing: &#8220;incremental&#8221; (the new work) and &#8220;cumulative&#8221; (the total work). What is new is that with the cumulative invoicing method, it is now also possible to work with &#8220;carry forward&#8221; at the detailed level of the item quantity and the measurements. In all relevant lists (measurements and invoices), the previous total service (the carryforward), the increase and the current total service can now be displayed clearly for better invoice verification.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"relaunch-fur-texte\">Relaunch for texts<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>New from the ground up<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We have completely redesigned the text editor, taking your suggestions and criticism into account. This includes improvements for uniform line spacing, robust formatting instructions, page breaks in the text, new handling for graphics, tables and text additions. <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, there is a real &#8220;what you see is what you get&#8221;, with NOVA AVA this means: &#8220;as in the long text window so in the PDF BOQ&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dokumente-organisieren\">Organize documents<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>The new document manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>now offers an even better overview of all project-related documents at project level. These questions are now answered by the Google Map integrated in NOVA AVA.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rahmenvertrage-bestellungen-generieren\">Framework agreements: Generate orders<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Orders from framework agreements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Orders can be generated from a commissioned framework agreement: simply select the services to be ordered, enter the order quantities and release them. As soon as the delivery is made, a further mouse click is all it takes and, if desired, NOVA AVA can also generate an invoice directly for the quantity delivered. We have condensed the information and arranged it clearly so that more bidders fit on the screen and on one printed page. Depending on the selected level (order, BOQ area or item), the construction progress can now also be entered as a percentage of the agreed performance value (target). <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"direktauftrag\">Direct order<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Small invoices and individual orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In construction projects, there are not only invoices for agreed unit price contracts (BOQ). From now on, Dropbox and Google Drive cloud storage can also be used as a data source. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ready-fur-offentliche-aussschreibungen\">Ready for public tenders<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Public invitations to tender to obtain offers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To date, it has been possible to invite specific bidders from the address book to participate in the bidding process on the NOVA AVA bidding platform.<\/p>\n\n<p>You can now also process a public tender: you have the option of accessing the tender documents and online price entry via a publicly accessible registration link. This link (Internet address) can, for example, be made public with the publication on any tendering platform. <\/p>\n\n<p>A bidder activates the link, registers for participation via a form and in return receives their personal access data valid for the submission period. The bid is then submitted conveniently via the bid cockpit.
