Within your project, you can now manage service phase 8 with four new modules. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You store <strong>plans <\/strong>in 2D format. You can place tasks, so-called tickets, on the plans. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <strong>ticket<\/strong> overview, you can see all the tasks that still need to be completed &#8211; within a certain due date or by certain companies. Each task has a name and a priority. It is assigned to a plan. It can optionally be assigned to a 3D model. NOVA AVA supports the BCF standard from Building Smart. Each task has a responsible company, must be completed by a certain deadline and has a status.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <strong>minutes<\/strong> section, you can keep meeting minutes, set agenda items, determine the participating companies and create links to tasks and tickets. You can add attachments such as photos, schedules and any other documents to the meeting minutes and can send the meeting minutes to the participating companies by email. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can record entries in the <strong>construction diary<\/strong> for the date you have selected. The weather on the construction site is automatically retrieved from the weather service servers for the date, time and, of course, the location of the construction site. You can record the presence of the companies. In the details section, you describe what happened on the construction site. You can make references, again to tickets, and have attachments that you can use to store further documentation in the form of photos or documents.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The highlight of NOVA AVA<\/strong> is something else. There are many ticket management systems, but the connection from ticket management to construction invoicing is unique. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have a billing BOQ here. The contractor has submitted completed services for the first partial invoice. In the approval process within NOVA AVA, I now immediately get a message that there are still open tickets, i.e. defects, for certain services that are to be invoiced. The view that only shows lines with tickets is very helpful in larger work packages. I can now see that there are still deficiencies for these two items.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clicking on the warning triangle now takes me to a detailed view with the referencing of the defect, which I can open from here. I can now see the location in 2D. We come to 3D here. Now BCF is loaded, the Building Smart standard. The camera automatically zooms to the location of the defect. The defect is documented by a photo in the attachments and the exact service item that is to be billed is referenced in the references.
