The award proposal – new individual print list<\/h2>\n\n

That was still missing. The new “Award proposal<\/a>” function can now fulfill two important requirements. Firstly, you can output a freely customizable PDF for your client for the award recommendation: <\/p>\n\n

And secondly, we were able to expand the cost analysis. The project cost forecast now takes into account the bid values from the award proposal – and the previous workaround of “pre-commissioning” is no longer necessary. <\/p>\n\n

Print<\/td>When outputting the “Table view” print list, page breaks within the table were sometimes generated too early, resulting in a lot of unnecessary white space. We have corrected this. <\/td><\/tr>
Print<\/td>Minor corrections have been made for the new placeholders {{contractTotals.xxxx}}.<\/td><\/tr>
Print<\/td>Even if several PDF documents have been defined as BOQ attachments, all attachments are now included in the BOQ printout.<\/td><\/tr>
Print<\/td>The SVG image format can now also be used as logo files for printing.<\/td><\/tr>
Building documentation<\/td>When sending logs by e-mail, the attachments to the individual log entries are now always included in the attached PDF of the log printout.<\/td><\/tr>
Building documentation<\/td>When creating new meetings, the participants from other meetings are no longer transferred.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n
Cost planning<\/td>The optional compilation in the cost planning output now also outputs the correct values under all sorting combinations.<\/td><\/tr>
Cost planning<\/td>When cost planning is output to other cost planning, referenced values ($KGR, e.g. $100 for the GB of DIN-KGR 100) are now correctly transferred to the target cost planning.<\/td><\/tr>
LV creation<\/td>Items that were copied from master BOQs were sometimes editable in the short and long text despite the existing reference to the master BOQ. This has been corrected. <\/td><\/tr>
LV creation<\/td>When editing a text supplement in the long text, the editing dialog now shows whether it is a bidder text supplement or a tenderer text supplement.<\/td><\/tr>
LV creation<\/td>When copying\/pasting text additions in the long text editor, bidder text additions and tenderer text additions are now copied correctly.<\/td><\/tr>
LV creation<\/td>Corrections have been made when editing changed STLV items directly after an STLV item update.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n
Invitation to tender<\/td>The notification e-mails to bidders upon submission\/approval of an offer are now sent correctly again, including the attached offer PDF. <\/td><\/tr>
Administration<\/td>URLs with special characters (valid URL encodes) can now also be saved in the “URL” feature type<\/td><\/tr>
