First of all, a heartfelt thank you for your trust and the valuable feedback you provide every day to help us continue developing NOVA. Our goal is to provide you with the best tools to make your day-to-day work in construction management as efficient and flexible as possible.<\/p>\n\n
To ensure that our offerings remain clear and fair in the future, we will introduce a uniform and transparent pricing model for all add-ons effective February 1, 2027<\/strong>. Starting on this date, a uniform price of 40 EUR per user per month<\/strong> will apply to every add-on<\/strong>, whether for new orders or automatic renewals .<\/strong><\/p>\n\n This results in a price adjustment for the Scheduling add-on from the previous 20 to 40 EUR per user per month. The add-ons Construction Documentation, NEO MCP Server, and HOAI\u2014which are currently still in the beta phase and have been free of charge\u2014will become subject to a fee starting February 1, 2027.<\/p>\n\n Behind this update are extensive functional enhancements and real added value for your day-to-day work. Here\u2019s an overview of what\u2019s changed in each add-on and what you can expect:<\/p>\n\n Scheduling has been significantly enhanced by recent updates\u2014including expanded functions for working hours and noticeably optimized usability. In addition, other top features have been and continue to be implemented: Integrated cost trend lines for transaction-based target\/actual cost comparisons are already available. The cash outflow planning feature will also be available as of the effective date.<\/p>\n\n After more than a year of a successful beta phase, the construction documentation module has matured into a fully-fledged, ready-to-use tool for your day-to-day work. Based on your feedback, we\u2019ve implemented numerous improvements so that you can now use the module fully and reliably for your projects. As of today, it also includes a mobile app for convenient use on the construction site.<\/p>\n\n With the MCP Server, we enable the use of external, extremely powerful AI models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) directly within NOVA. This way, you\u2019ll benefit from outstanding, top-quality AI support in your day-to-day work, while we continue to expand and stabilize NEO.<\/p>\n\n With the HOAI module, as an architect or engineer, you can create your fee proposal in accordance with HOAI, bill for the project, and see if the project is profitable.
