NEO, the AI specialized in construction cost management, is fully integrated into the software and is now available as a beta version. The company is also presenting a completely new HOAI module and new features for the BIM workflow.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NEO: The AI Assistant for Construction Cost Management in NOVA AVA at BIM World 2026<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NEO specializes in construction costs and AVA processes and runs directly within the NOVA AVA cloud software. Users <em><\/em>work in their familiar environment without having to switch programs and assign complete tasks to NEO, which the assistant completes in no time. Final decisions always remain with the users. The AI service is developed and hosted by NOVA BUILDING IT in Germany.
