With this add-on, you can assign trades to suppliers and record additional free characteristics for them. You can define evaluation criteria for assessing completed services and thus better evaluate and qualify suppliers for you. Combine the trade assignment, characteristics and evaluation criteria with the radius search – and you have quickly identified and filtered your relevant contacts. You can also store several contact persons for a supplier, allowing you to manage different locations and people from your project partner and control their access to projects.
With NOVA AVA supplier management, you also have the legal documents of the contractual relationships under control – not just for each individual tender, but with the supplier company as a whole. With the integrated reviews, you control how documents must be accepted and validated before suppliers and subcontractors are activated and granted access to the supplier portal.
The supplier portal is an extension of the tender cockpit in NOVA AVA. Here, a bidder is only granted access for one tender, only during the submission period.
The supplier retains access to the supplier portal. They can log in there again and again and view all the tenders that concern them. The portal is free of charge for your suppliers and subcontractors. No additional software is required, Internet access is all that is needed.
