hks architects: More fun thanks to simple operation

Introducing new construction cost software without any training? What sounds like hara-kiri is an easy exercise with NOVA AVA. hks architekten in Erfurt did exactly that – and integrated NOVA AVA into their BIM workflow after just a short time.

The office works according to the BIM methodology, so it was obvious to include cost planning in the BIM workflow. No problem with NOVA AVA: the 3D model is transferred from Archicad to NOVA AVA via the IFC interface – and the cost calculation can begin.

Towards the end of the film, co-owner Marco Schlothauer talks about his personal experiences with the NOVA AVA subscription model and the advantages he sees for his office.
