In an interview with Bauen aktuell (Bauen aktuell 2/25), Falko Paul explains the advantages of general planning, in which the company acts as a central point of contact for private and public clients and covers all service phases including warranty support.
The paul Generalplaner team plans and implements construction projects from commissioning to invoicing. It attaches great importance to adherence to deadlines and costs.
For cost control, paul Generalplaner uses NOVA AVA for the entire construction cost management, including tendering and awarding via the online platform. The NOVA SmartPool is used for the creation of bills of quantities. In particular, paul’s own cost breakdown is used – by means of a NOVA AVA catalog.
Paul Generalplaner also uses NOVA AVA to work transparently with clients. Clients can view cost overviews directly via NOVA AVA.
In conjunction with Microsoft Business Central for project management and invoicing, the web-based structure of NOVA AVA enables location-independent working. In the future, NOVA AVA will also be used for contract award negotiations and contract management.
