Costs under control at all times

With the NOVA AVA cost analysis, you can document the cost development of your project from the first cost framework to the final invoice – i.e. from service phase 2 to 8 – so that you retain full cost control over the entire project:

• In service phase 4 or 5, compare your cost planning with your previous calculations in service phases 2, 3 or 4
• Use it to compare your cost estimates in service phase 6 (specifications with estimated prices)
• Use this to compare your cost estimates after awarding the contract in service phase 7
• Evaluate the risks (= expected supplementary services) in service phase 8
• Use this to compare the service status (services reported and released for payment) in service phase 8
• Compare this with approved invoices (i.e. payments actually made) in service phase 8
• Receive forecasts – based on planned, commissioned or invoiced values
• Create individual evaluations

Parallel analyses

With NOVA AVA, you can also run several cost analyses in parallel in one project. For example, an analysis structured according to DIN 276, which is more useful for construction professionals, and another analysis structured according to trades, which is easier for non-experts to understand.

Archive analyses

You can freely version all evaluations and thus archive important interim controlling statuses and display them graphically in diagrams – on the basis you choose (DIN 276, trades, contract award units, etc.). This enables you to document cost trends and make reliable forecasts at any time – for the safety of your client and yourself.

Useful little helpers

Small but useful tools make cost analysis with NOVA AVA easier than ever. For example, you can use colored markers as a reminder to highlight important items or urgent issues. You can also log key cost values so that you can classify cost trends even more quickly. And much more besides.

Open standard

The NOVA AVA cost analysis supports the open standard REST-API in order to be able to run evaluations in other systems such as PowerBI. In addition, as always with NOVA AVA, export via PDF or Excel is also possible.
