The NOVA SmartPool contains all service items that have ever been awarded, i.e. actually commissioned, with NOVA AVA – including the corresponding tender texts and current market prices. This collective knowledge of the NOVA user community is exclusively available to you as a NOVA customer.
The NOVA SmartPool continues to grow day by day. At the same time, every NOVA AVA user provides added value for all other users. You can be sure that all information is stored anonymously and without project data – only individual items can be searched, the specifications of NOVA customers remain protected. The NOVA SmartPool is 100% GDPR-compliant.
In the NOVA SmartPool, you search for suitable service texts. To do this, enter suitable keywords, just as you would with search engines. NOVA AVA then suggests a list of possible service items and descriptions in the pool.
If you like a search result, you can add it as a BOQ item with text and price to your Bill of Quantities or cost planning. Of course, you can also customize these individually. Incidentally, the search can be narrowed down regionally and according to the execution period of a construction site – for even more precise price estimates.
