Search for the appropriate service item with description directly in the STLB-Bau dialog and transfer it to NOVA AVA.

DBD-BIM

With DBD-BIM, you can add cost elements to IFC components, i.e. “sample” them. This adds BIM functionality to STLB-Bau. You can also use DBD-BIM directly in NOVA AVA: Simply select the desired IFC component in NOVA AVA and search for the equivalent in DBD-BIM. This is done via the DIN SPEC 91400 BIM classification according to STLB-Bau. DBD-BIM now provides cost elements (“recipes”) for the component. You then add these to the component in NOVA AVA.

This is what the provider says: “You decide on quality and costs as early as the planning and design stage. With DBD-BIM, you have the necessary construction data directly available in your CAD or BIM software: Construction services, prices and technical rules such as DIN standards and VDI guidelines. Matching the processed component. Always up to date online!”

DBD-BIM is systematically linked to STLB-Bau and thus enables the consistent use of data from early planning in tendering and cost determination. We therefore recommend the simultaneous use of STLB-Bau. NOVA AVA in turn enables the data exchange of BIM-LV containers in accordance with DIN SPEC 91350 (linked IFC and GAEB files). This closes the circle.

AUSSCHREIBEN.DE (free of charge)

You can use AUSSCHREIBEN.DE directly in NOVA AVA. Search for a suitable description and insert it directly into your Bill of Quantities. You can start the database with service descriptions from product manufacturers with just one click, so that you can use the service descriptions offered directly – without the hassle of downloading or GAEB import. We are an official software partner of Ausschreiben.de.

This is what the provider says: “Our database offers tender texts with over 910,000 service descriptions from product manufacturers from a wide range of trades and manufacturer-neutral DIN and VOB-compliant texts for downloading into your tender. All free tender texts are maintained by the manufacturers themselves.”

BKI item/building price database

You can import the BKI service items using our certified GAEB XML interface. All data and prices are imported into NOVA AVA and are then available for selection as a template for your service specifications.

This is what the provider says: “In our new online database you will find our current BKI service items with construction prices for new and old buildings. The tender texts have been checked by trade associations and meet the requirements of the VOB. The statistical construction prices are determined by evaluating invoiced projects. The data is a reliable basis for compliant tendering, precise cost calculation and reliable checking of construction prices.”

Heinze AT Manager (free of charge)

You can use the free AT Manager directly in NOVA AVA. Regardless of whether you want to insert individual service descriptions or entire structural elements into your Bill of Quantities: Simply fill the collection box by adding or dragging & dropping and transfer them directly to your Bill of Quantities.

You can use Heinze VOB directly from NOVA AVA. You can transfer all selected items from the Heinze tender texts online directly into NOVA AVA with one click.

sirAdos® building data

You can import sirAdos® construction data using the certified GAEB XML interface. All data and prices are imported into NOVA AVA and are then available as a template for your service specifications.
