Request for quotations, price comparison list and awarding

This webinar is of interest to anyone who obtains quotations for service specifications, evaluates them and creates the order specifications. You will start with an overview of the options for obtaining quotations. You will get to know the GAEB regulations and exchange phases in the awarding process. You will then use the NOVA internal tendering interface to invite bidders to submit bids directly (including tender documents, questionnaire, configuration options). After inviting the bidders, you will take a look at how the bidders submit their bids. In the next part, you will first learn how to add further bidders to the price comparison list manually or via GAEB import. You will then evaluate the bidders’ offers (variant calculation, outliers, ABC method). In the last part of the webinar, you will create and output the contract specifications.
