Customizable

The basis for your scheduling is your work breakdown structure (WBS). You can freely design the WBS, divide it into task groups, work packages and milestones and set links such as end-start relationships between the individual tasks. You can prioritize the respective tasks, assign them to a resource (e.g. a company), further categorize them with your own labels – and group and organize your schedule according to these properties.

Clear presentation

The clear presentation of the processes in the bar chart (GANTT) is ideally suited for your project communication with clients and contractors.

Integration with AVA and BIM

You can link the processes in the schedule with the items in the bills of quantities (trades or general contractors) and with the components of the BIM 3D model. This enables you to create a 5-dimensional construction process simulation (3D + time + costs) – a real added value compared to stand-alone project management solutions.

The construction progress is visualized for a selected point in time on the BIM 3D model and its components. The associated services, i.e. the quantities and costs, are shown. Depending on the set time scale (days, weeks, months), you can take the respective costs into account for the cash outflow planning.

Simple replacement

The schedules can be easily exchanged between different applications. NOVA AVA supports the common file formats of market-leading providers such as Microsoft Project and Primavera as well as the open Project XML format for import and the Project XML format for export. This allows you to import, edit and export schedules directly from these systems.

You can also provide your project partners with the project plan as an Excel or PDF file to pass on planned dates and processes. With the PDF, you specify the page format and select further options as well as your logo for an appealing layout.
