Improvements to construction schedule, BIM and more

Construction schedule (scheduling) – faster handling
Scheduling has to be quick. We have greatly improved handling in two areas:
- With the copy function and
- because you can now work with keyboard commands.
Copy function improved
- Copying an operation group now always takes into account all underlying operations
- the copying of processes now also takes into account the links (e.g. start-end relationships)
- from the context menu, the copy function now also works as desired with multiple selection
New keyboard shortcuts
These are the new keyboard shortcuts for construction schedules and scheduling:
- CTRL + C (copy) / CTRL + V (paste)
- ENTF (Delete)
- Enter (edit task) / CTRL + Enter (new sub-task)
- Space bar (include task in selection)
- SHIFT + down arrow (open task group)
- SHIFT + up arrow (close task group)
- SHIFT + right arrow (task down in hierarchy)
- SHIFT + left arrow (task upwards in hierarchy)
- ALT + arrow keys (timeline navigation)

Improvements in the area of BIM
Significantly increased performance when processing certain large models: Many calculations directly on the terrain or on the entire building have noticeably slowed down the processing of large models. Here, our development team has found a new trick for considerably more “speed”.
Long variable names are sometimes unavoidable, e.g. “LayerComponentSurfaceAreaConditional_ResinPlaster”. We have now made it easier to deal with this in NOVA AVA.
Go ahead and make a dot in the “Bouquet”: The “Bouquet” function can now also handle property names that contain a dot, e.g. “1: “1. DIN276”.
Properties/variables of components are now always sorted alphabetically within a PropertySet.

Improvements in other areas
Billing module: Any documents and files, e.g. the original company invoice or other proofs and receipts, can now be easily stored for a check invoice.
Address book module: The “all addresses” option has been added to the deletion of addresses.
For security reasons, this function is only available for users with administrative rights.
Invitation to tender module: Invitations to tender can now only be sent to the bidder’s CC e-mail address.
Bill of Quantities module: We have implemented another BOQ check. This activates a warning if an item price is set to 0€. This can now be used to ensure that the BOQ cost estimate is complete in terms of price.
Cost planning module: The function for transferring items from master CVs is now also available without explicit authorizations.
“My account”: Managing your NOVA AVA subscription is now even easier & clearer.
