BIM – From the IFC model to cost planning to the BOQ

In this webinar, you will open an already imported IFC model and first get to know the options in the 3D viewer (component, filters, tickets and BCF, viewer tools). You will then create a cost plan based on this model and sample this cost plan. In particular, you will learn how to add items from different text storage systems to the components, how to save these assignments as cost elements and how to automatically synchronize components of the same type. You will then learn how to edit different, new versions of a model so that the sampling already carried out is not lost. You will then use this cost planning to first generate a cost estimate in accordance with DIN and then the trade-specific Bill of Quantities. In the last part of the webinar, you will learn how to access a 3D model directly in (any) Bill of Quantities and transfer the quantities for the items individually – or fully automatically with the 3D quantity connector.
