Mühltal, November 2022 – NOVA Building IT GmbH is now a partner of the construction management platform Procore with its cloud application NOVA AVA BIM. The collaboration will be officially presented at GO-live on November 22, 2022 as part of BIM World MUNICH. As an Executive Partner of the industry event, the company will also be presenting the new functions for effective construction cost management with NOVA AVA. Visitors can find NOVA Building IT at stand 242 in hall B0 at Messe München.
NOVA Building IT is now taking the opportunity to present its construction cost management software NOVA AVA BIM 5D on the recently launched Procore portal in Germany.

Thanks to the technological expertise and flexibility of both companies, the products could be skillfully linked together in a very short time. The system integration will go live on 22.11.2022. Procore users can activate NOVA AVA directly via the Procore Marketplace and use the data created in NOVA AVA for budgeting, orders and documents in Procore for other projects. Users of both platforms can easily link their accounts.
NOVA AVA at BIM World:
New add-on for unit price calculation in cost planning and BOQ creation
With the new NOVA AVA add-on, the price of an item can now be broken down and precisely calculated using the cost planning and BOQ creation modules. In this way, the manufacturing costs can be determined with cost estimates, the individual costs can be specifically grouped via the allocation of cost types such as wages, materials or equipment and the values from overhead groups (AGK, BGK, W&G) can be applied. If a master BOQ was previously created and the respective calculations were stored for the master items, the projects can now be calculated at the touch of a button.
At this year’s BIM World MUNICH, NOVA AVA will also be represented in the trade fair program with the topic “The BIM Bill of Quantities from the Cloud”. This will show how easily the entire AVA process and construction cost control works in the cloud with Open BIM.
