The award proposal – new individual print list
That was still missing. The new “Award proposal” function can now fulfill two important requirements. Firstly, you can output a freely customizable PDF for your client for the award recommendation:

And secondly, we were able to expand the cost analysis. The project cost forecast now takes into account the bid values from the award proposal – and the previous workaround of “pre-commissioning” is no longer necessary.
Improvements must be made. And bugs out
| When outputting the “Table view” print list, page breaks within the table were sometimes generated too early, resulting in a lot of unnecessary white space. We have corrected this. | |
| Minor corrections have been made for the new placeholders {{contractTotals.xxxx}}. | |
| Even if several PDF documents have been defined as BOQ attachments, all attachments are now included in the BOQ printout. | |
| The SVG image format can now also be used as logo files for printing. | |
| Building documentation | When sending logs by e-mail, the attachments to the individual log entries are now always included in the attached PDF of the log printout. |
| Building documentation | When creating new meetings, the participants from other meetings are no longer transferred. |
| Cost planning | The optional compilation in the cost planning output now also outputs the correct values under all sorting combinations. |
| Cost planning | When cost planning is output to other cost planning, referenced values ($KGR, e.g. $100 for the GB of DIN-KGR 100) are now correctly transferred to the target cost planning. |
| LV creation | Items that were copied from master BOQs were sometimes editable in the short and long text despite the existing reference to the master BOQ. This has been corrected. |
| LV creation | When editing a text supplement in the long text, the editing dialog now shows whether it is a bidder text supplement or a tenderer text supplement. |
| LV creation | When copying/pasting text additions in the long text editor, bidder text additions and tenderer text additions are now copied correctly. |
